Distributor Management Template allows you to efficiently handle product registration, inventory management, order reception, and order progress tracking.
There are two ways to register products: individual registration and bulk registration.
Go to the Item List page and click the plus (+) button in the upper right corner.
When Data Addition popup appears, enter the required information.
Click the Save button to complete the product registration.
Click the ⋮ (More Options) button in the upper right corner and export CSV file.
Open the CSV file, enter the appropriate values in the fields, and upload the file to complete the bulk registration.
Move the cursor over the item you want to edit, click on it, and modify the content.
Check the box next to the product you want to delete.
Click the Trash Bin icon in the upper left corner to delete the selected product.
You can add additional options for products and set tiered pricing based on distributor levels.
In the Item List, click the Option button for the product you want to modify.
Click the + button, enter the option name and price in the popup, and click Save to add the option.
In the Product List, click the Grade button for the product you want to modify.
Select the desired grade from the dropdown menu. Distributor grades can be modified in Grade List.
When an distributor places an order, the Order List is automatically updated. You can check the order details on the Order List page and update the order status using the dropdown menu.
You can add and refine distributor grade in the Grade List page by clicking the + button in the upper left corner.
Go to the Distributor List page and click the plus (+) button.
In the Data Addition popup, enter the agency information and click Save.
Share the generated Distributor ID and password with your distributors.
Distributors must access the Distributor Order page to view product listings and place orders. Follow these steps to check the order page URL:
Hover over the Agency Order menu, click the More Options button, and go to Edit Page.
Click the Publish button in the upper right corner, then copy either the Subdomain or Custom Domain and share it with the agency.
Distributors can place orders using the following steps:
Access the Distributor Order page and log in using the assigned ID and password.
Click the Order button to proceed to the order information entry page.
Enter the order details and click Order Now to complete the purchase.
Click the Order History button on the right side of the product list to check past orders and order status updates.
