Waveon Customer Inquiry & AI Auto Research Template Guide
The Customer Inquiry Management & AI Auto Research Template is designed to record customer inquiries received via the web in a table format. Based on the inquiry details, AI automatically searches for key information about the customer and inputs it into the template.
1. Editing the Landing Page

To customize the default landing page to fit your company’s needs, follow these steps:
Click the 📄 document icon on the left of the "Lead Landing" tab.
Click "Edit Page."
1) Editing Text

Double-click the text you want to edit or modify the content from Design > Text on the right panel.
2) Editing Images

Click the image you want to replace, then click the Upload button in Design on the right panel to upload your desired image.
2. Embedding the Landing Page/Form
To receive inquiries using this template, you must embed the Inquiry Submission Landing Page or form into your company’s website.

Click the 📄 document icon on the left of the "Lead Landing" tab and copy current URL.
Paste the copied URL into your website’s HTML editor to link.
3. Conducting Customer Research Using AI
When a customer submits an inquiry through the landing page/form, the inquiry details are automatically recorded in 'Lead Management'. Based on the provided information, AI can conduct research on the customer.
1) Researching a Specific Customer

Click the play button (▶) next to the customer’s name to start the research.
2) Researching Specific Information for Multiple Customers

Select the checkbox next to the customers you want to research.
Click the play button (â–¶) for the specific information you wish to investigate.
3) Retrieving Information Again

If the retrieved information is unsatisfactory, click the play button (â–¶) in the corresponding cell to initiate a re-search.
4. Modifying Inquiry Management Fields

To change the GPT model used or customize the research fields, follow these steps:
Click the 📄 document icon on the left of the "Lead Management" tab.
Click "Edit Page."
Click the customer inquiry list table, then select Data on the right panel

1) Changing the AI Model
Click the (>) in the field you want to modify in the Header Settings.
Select the AI model you wish to use under Model.
2) Customizing Research Fields

Click the (>) in the field you want to modify in the Header Settings.
Modify prompt to specify what kind of information you want to search for.
