The Order Management Template is a comprehensive solution for managing everything from product registration and option settings to order status updates. Click the link below to start using the Order Management System Template.
After duplicating the template, follow these steps to start using it effectively:
This is the process of adding products that customers can order.
Navigate to the Product List page.
Click the plus (+) button at the top right corner.
A popup window will appear where you can enter product details.
After entering the necessary information, click Save to register the product.
If you need to modify product details, simply click on the item you want to edit.
⚠️ Note: Some fields (e.g., Product Code) may be non-editable after registration. These fields cannot be modified even if clicked.
Products can have additional options that customers can choose when placing an order.
Click the Options button next to the product you want to configure.
This will take you to the Options Settings page.
Click the plus (+) button at the top right to add a new option.
The added options will be available for selection on the Order Page when customers place their orders.
Once setup is complete, you can share the order page with customers to start receiving orders.
To find the order page URL:
Open the Product List menu.
Click the More options (⋮) button next to a product and select Edit Project.
This will take you to the project settings page.
Click the Publish button at the top right.
Copy either the subdomain or custom domain (if configured).
Now, share this URL with your customers so they can view the product list and place orders.
When customers place orders, they will be recorded in the Order List page, allowing you to manage them efficiently.
