Waveon Inventory Management Template User Guide

The inventory management template is a versatile tool that can be used across various industries. It provides essential features for inventory tracking, stock in/out management, and supplier management.

1. Setting Up Categories

Click Edit Page on the Item List tab.

Click the table you want to edit in the Item List tab.

Go to the Data on the right panel.

In the Header List, click the ( > ) icon next to the Category field.

Click the ( + ) icon at the bottom to add a new category.

2. Registering Items

  1. Go to the Item List tab.

  2. Click the ( + ) Plus icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Enter the item details in the pop-up window and click Save.

3. Editing the Item List

1) Adding Images

  • Click the Upload button on the corresponding item in the Item List tab to add images.

You can upload multiple images for a single item.

2) Converting Item Codes to Barcodes

  • Click the barcode icon in the Item Code column to generate a barcode.

Click the generated barcode to open it as an image file in a new tab. Print and use the barcode as needed.

3) Editing Item Information

  • Click on the data you want to edit or select the Edit icon to make changes.

4. Registering Suppliers

  • Click the ( + ) Plus icon on the Vendor Management Tab and enter the supplier details.

5. Processing Stock In

Go to the Register Inbound tab and select the items to be stocked in. Then Click the Inbound button in the top-right corner.

Enter the vendor name, stock-in date, quantity, and attach any necessary files and click Execute Inbound to complete the process.

Once the stock-in process is completed, you can check the records in the Inbound History tab.

6. Processing Stock Out

Select the items to be shipped out in the Register Outbound tab, and click the Outbound button.

Enter the shipment date, quantity, and attach any necessary files and click Execute Outbound to complete the process.

Once stock-out is completed, you can check the records in the Outbound History tab.

7. Adjusting Inventory

Go to the Inventory Adjustment tab.

Select item and adjustment date, enter quantity, reason for adjustment, and attach any necessary files. Then click the Adjust button to finalize the inventory adjustment.
